Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

This store is run by the owner of Soul Pixel SMP. It collects as little as it needs to deliver what you buy.

What we keep

• Your Minecraft player name and edition (Java or Bedrock), to deliver your items.
• Your email address, only if you enter one, to send the receipt and answer questions.
• The order: item, price, time, and the payment reference from our payment provider.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, not to us, and we never see or store them. Razorpay's own privacy policy covers what it does with them.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, show advertising, or use tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is the sign-in cookie for the store's own staff page.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your email address at any time.
