These terms cover purchases on the Soul Pixel SMP store, run by the owner of Soul Pixel SMP. By paying you agree to them.

What you are buying

  • Items are digital and apply only on the Soul Pixel SMP Minecraft server, to the player name you enter at checkout. Check the name carefully: we deliver to exactly that name.
  • Ranks last 30 days from delivery and do not renew automatically.
  • Coins can only be spent inside the server. They have no real-world value and cannot be cashed out, exchanged for money, or moved to another server.
  • Cosmetics change how you look, not how the game plays.
  • Items are usually delivered within a minute. If the server is offline, delivery happens when it is back online. See the shipping and delivery policy.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian rupees (₹). The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay, by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. An order is confirmed only once Razorpay confirms the payment.

Who can buy

If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying. By paying, the person whose payment method is used accepts these terms.

Your account

  • Join the server at least once with your name before buying.
  • Server rules still apply to everyone. Breaking them can lead to a ban, and purchased items are not refunded when an account is banned for breaking the rules.
  • If a payment is reversed or charged back, the items it bought may be removed.

Changes to the server

The server and its items may change over time, for example when the game updates. We will not remove something you paid for while its period is running, except as these terms describe.

Soul Pixel SMP is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute about them is subject to the courts of India.
