Shipping and delivery policy

Everything sold on the Soul Pixel SMP store is a digital item for the Soul Pixel SMP Minecraft server, run by the owner of Soul Pixel SMP. Nothing is shipped to a postal address, and there are no shipping charges.

How items are delivered

• After your payment is confirmed, the item is added automatically to the player name you entered at checkout, on the Soul Pixel SMP server.
• Delivery usually takes under a minute. Your order page shows each step: paid, sent to the server, delivered.
• If you entered an email address, the receipt is sent there.

If the server is offline

If the server is down for maintenance when you pay, your order waits and is delivered automatically as soon as the server is back. Nothing is lost and you do not need to buy again.

If an item does not arrive

If your item has not reached your account within 72 hours of payment, write to (contact email not set yet: STORE_CONTACT_EMAIL) with your order number (it starts with SP) and your player name. If we cannot deliver it, you get a full refund, as set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
